Possible heart attack impending?

I am a 55 year old male, suffer from hypercholestaemia and hypertension, presently on 3 medications. 3 years ago had carotid endarterectomy one side, other side 75% blocked. Last day or two suffering incredible tiredness and nausea, one moment hold, next cold.
Lately have suffered from severe muscle cramps, not only limbs, but neck. Are the cramps, nausea and tiredness possibly symptomatic of an impending heart attack?
