PMS en kalsium

hello daar
dankie vir die goeie artikel oor pms en kalsium

Kan jy dalk net vir my 'n aanduiding gee hoeveel kalsium in die volume van kos moet ek inneem? Ek eet omtrent 2 100ml yogurts 'n dag met melk in my tee en oor my pap. Maar dit is al.

Ek het erg PMS is nou op biostrath om te sien of dit help maar sal graag die kalsium wil uitprobeer. Ek is op cholestrol en voorbehoedpil so sal graag dit in kos vorm wil inneem en nie pil vorm nie

Dankie vir jou mooi woorde oor my PMS en Kalsium artikel. As jy 200 ml jogurt eet en ongeveer 1 koppie (250 ml) melk oor die loop van die dag, dan werk dit ongeveer uit na 500 mg kalsium. Jy het dus nog 700 mg nodig - dus sal dit raadsaam wees om nog 'n koppie jogurt of melk by te voeg plus 'n 30 g porsie kaas of 1/2 koppie maaskaas. Andersins kan jy kalsiumaanvullings soos Caltrate drink.
Ek hou duim vas dat jou PMS nou verbeter want dit is so 'n ontwrigtende toestand.
