Dear Colagirls
Live cultures in yoghurt such as Lactobacillus help to improve the so-called intestinal flora ('good microorganisms') in the digestive tract that in turn help to keep digestion normal, prevent constipation, and protect us against a variety of diseases. If your baby is eating solids then you can introduce her to plain yoghurt with live cultures, starting with 1 teaspoon a day and then increasing how much she eats as she gets used to the yoghurt and its taste.
Best regards
