Placenta previa

I am 31 weeks pregnant and have complete placenta previa. I started bleeding last week and was hospitalised. I want to know whether it I should be having bedrest or whether I can go ahead with my normal activities.
I have seen 2 doctors, one says I should carry on as normal and one says I should have bed rest and not walk too much - hence my questionM

Probably somewhere inbetween. You don't necessarily have to be in bed all the time, but should rest and avoid being on your feet a lot.

Best wishes
