Pins and needles in right thumb

Hi

I have been waking up with pins and needles in my right thumb for the last 6 months / year. It lasts about an hour and then goes away. Would physio help stop this happening? (I have been to physio before for migraines caused by neck problems)

Thanks
K

Hi K

Will likely to be from your neck.
Physio can help but perhaps you need to address your posture and do Pilates or the Alexander technique so you can get yor body position right and not have the problem returning.
