Pinched Nerve - Head

I pulled a muscle, or pinched a nerve in my head. That side of my head is now numb. Can a chiro help?
Can I ignore the numbness, after all its just a pinched nerve?

So-called "pinched nerves" can be very uncomfortable - and often serious !! However - are you certain about your diagnosis?? Most such "injuries" occur in the neck - which may refer to the head - an examination by a chiropractor or neurologist is advisable.
