Piles

I have a piles at the moment and it's excrutiating. I would like ot know what causes it and why I get them once a year every year???

Piles are formed due to pressure when passing stools, as well as from increased pressure on the ascending vena cava, as you will find in pregnancy. I am unsure why you get piles once a year every year. You can use Anusol cream for relief. It this does not give you any relief, you can have it surgically removed.
