Dear Maria. DVD's can be a good way to get some additional work done at home but it is not a great way to get all the benefits that Pilates can offer. Stick with a qualified trainer or your class to get the best value. It may seems like a saving but it can be a waste of time trying to get yourself in shape in front of the TV. A Pilates experience is as good as your instructor is.
