Periods

I am 39 years old non smoker 2 kids age 4 and 9
before my pregnancy i didnt know about my periods (was on pill)
I am now having heavy periods for up to 7 days and i am in great pain every month
Do you think i should go on the pill again

If you are dead sure that you definitely don't want to have any more children, you could consider having a hysterectomy. Then you would also never develop uterine cancer.
