Period Pain?

Before you discover that you are pregnant, is it possible to feel 'period type' pains?

Hi Buggie
Yes it is. I have experienced period like pains up to +- 9 weeks and off and on since then - now almost 21 wks.
Some woman will experience this real bad, others just a constant pain.
I also had a sharp pain in my right side - possibly were the ovaries are located. Especially when I lied down and got up fast or when I was sitting down - these are now gone.
