Period and Ovulation cramps whild pregnant

Hi

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I'm still experiencing period cramps in my lower abdomen area and a few days after, ovulation cramps on the left sie of my lower abdomen.

Is this normal? if yes does - it last through your entire pregnancy?

Thanks in advance,
Con

This is probably due to stretching of the uterine ligaments as the uterus grows. It tends to get better after 20 weeks.

This is normal and no it doesn't last through your whole pregnancy. it is just your ligaments stretching to make space for your new baby.
