pep smear reading

i got my results this morning for a vaginal infection ive been suffering for years,as we speak im a bit sore and uncormfotable, the pep smear reading says,1.NO ENDOCERVICAL COMPONENT PRESENT,2. SUPERFICIAL AND INTERMEDIATE SQUAMOUS CELLS ARE PRESENT.
FLORA AND SPECIFIC PATHOGENS
1. DODERLEIN'S BACILLI ARE PRESENT
CELLULAR BACKGROUND
POLYMORPH NEUTROPHILIS
QUALITY OF SMEAR
LACK OF ENDOCERVICAL CELLS.

WHAT IS ALL THIS MEANS, AS IM SUFFERING AS WE SPEAK.

There was no abnormality found. The pap smear was not taken from high enough up the cervix and you probably need a repeat in 6 months.
