Pelvia pain after a sterilisation is not common. You require a thorough gyn exam first before any decision is made for a hysterectomy. There are a number of differential diagnosis for your pain which includes bowel, urinar5y and gyn problems which needs consideration. A hysterectomy may not solve your pain if the other systems are involved.
