Dear Dietdoc,

Does peanuts and peanutbutter count as a carb, fat or protein? And how much is one portion?

Dear Y
This is a tricky question, because peanuts and peanut butter can be classified as fats or proteins. However, they are usually counted as fats with a portion being 30g of peanuts or 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
Enjoy
