PAPAYA

Does papaya have a low, medium or high GI? I eat it EVERY day, about 300g. Is this ok?

Seeing that papaya has relatively high water (89%) and simple carbohydrate/fruit sugar (9%) contents (if it is ripe), and practically no dietary fibre, I would surmise that it has a medium to high GI. As is the case with all foods, one should not overdo things. Moderation is always prudent.
