I had a hystorectomy do i still need n pap smear

If you mean a hysterectomy you do not need a pap smear, unless it was for cancer. The pap smear checks for cancer of the cervix, not ovary.

Yes you still do - a pap smear is not only for fertile women - it is to track ovarian cancer in the earliest stage. You must go once a year, at least.
