Painful clotted periods

I have very painful clotted periods each and every month and oral contraceptives could not help to get rid of the pain and do not have endometriosis etc. They are painful when I pass a clot.
What could be the problem?

It could be a problem with the uterus such as fibroids. See your gynaecolgoist for a full assessment.
