Painamol to children?

Can Painamol be given to a 9 year old and in what dosage?

Safe to give, dosage is 240 mg up to 500 mg three to four times a day. That means half a tablet up to one tablet, or 10 ml up to 20 ml (2 to 4 medicine spoons) of the syrup.

The above mentioned is the maximum dosage per 24 hours, an as always, consult your family physician if the pain and/or fever persists for more than a few days, or does not respond to treatment.
