Pain, nausea, vomiting and headaches

Good day
For tha past two days I've been suffering from headaches, nausea and vomiting, but it started with the onset of pain in the abdominal region. The pain is just above the right hip and is constant, and reaches from the front to the back. Any movement and or coughing etc makes it worse and I really feel lousy. I now have a stiff neck as well and feel like I am going to pass out. Could this be related to my appendix? If not, could you possibly advise as to what the problem could be?
Many thanks
