Pain lower back, buttock and left leg

I lifted a heavy object and since then suffer from this pain. I use painkillers and voltaren but the pain keeps on coming back. Please tell me what to do. My doctor said I have Bursitis but I very much doubt it!

Hallo Julie
Bursitis usually gives pain in the hip and groin, a pinched nerve will give you pain down in the leg, sometimes needles and pins and weakness. Let a physiotherapist evaluate you as you may need some physiotherapy with the medication.
