Pain after mesh insertion

I had mesh inserted during open surgery to have an incisional hernia repaired approx 2 years ago. However, I recently had my gallbladder removed during which they found that the muscles / tissue had never grown into the mesh and this was causing some of the pain that I was experiencing. It is just lying loosely on top of the repaired hernia. No-one seems to know who can help me with the pain and I have no idea where to start. Painkillers (tramacet, norflex etc) work but I can''t keep on taking them. Who can I see re this in the Centurion / Pretoria area. The pain is above and around my navel area and mainly along my midline scar. I have trouble standing still or walking for long periods of time.
