DEAR ALICE

Ovulation is a process of egg release, which occurs usually 2 weeks prior to the onset of menstruation. Since the egg has a fertilisation period of only 24 hours ovulation monitoring is extremely important in cases of infertility. Ovulation monitoring is best undertaken by means of urine LH testing kits. The entire subject of ovulation however is too extensive to be covered in this forum.
