ovulate

Is it possible not to ovulate even when you get your period regularly (Once a month)

If you are getting your period regularly once a month with a regular cycle then the chances are very high that you are ovulating. However, anything is possible and if you are suspecting that you are not ovulating then I suggest you do a mid luteal progesterone level that is a day 21 progesterone level and if that level is high, then this will confirm that you are ovulating.
