Hi Doc

Baie Dankie vir die terug voer, otees is meer soos n hawermout koekie dit bestaan uit 38% oat flour, maize flour and rice flour, die totale vet inhoud van die stafie is 5g, energie 463kj, protein 1g, koolidrate 16g waarvan 14g suiker, kolestrol 3mg, dietary fibre 1g, potassuim 60mg soduim 46mg,

volgens my diet kan ek 3 provitas, 2betta snacks(original) 2 rye vitaes, n koppie spring mielies, 1snytjie volgraan brood, 1 gesondhuids beskuit of muffin of meduim vrug kies as n snack, dink doc dit sal beter wees om maar eerder by dit te bly as snacks?

Baie dankie vir hierdie inligting. Aangesien die 'otees' hawermoutkoekie baie suiker bevat, sal dit beter vir jou dieet wees om te hou by die aanbevelings vir versnaperings. Al die ander voorgestelde versnaperings is laag in vet en het ook lae energiewaardes. Hou dus daarby totdat jy jou doel bereik het.
