Oorgewig en gym

Ek is vroulik,41jr,25kg oorgewig. Oefen 4x per week in gym, 45mim kardiovaskulêre oefening en bietjie gewigte. Ek is bang dat ek net velle gaan wees as ek die gewig afgeskud het, moet ek meer gewigte doen? Doen op die oomblik net been- en maagoefeninge.

As dit die geval is dat jy net velle is, is daar altyd die opsie van plastiese chirurgie. Hulle kan dit baie goed regmaak maar ek twyfel of dit 'n probleem sal wees. Jy sal wel ligte rekmerke he maar met tyd raak dit al hoe ligter en is gewoonlik nie 'n probleem nie.
