ONIONS

I am a vegateian I would like to know if eating to much freshly fried onions is bad for you.

Hi

Onions contains a high sulfur content and are an excellent cardiovascular protectant. I would only be concerned if you are using sunflower oil or margarine to fry the onions in as these are bad fats for your body. If you frying at low heat with olive oil this would be fine but still try raw onions on occasion.
