...one more thing...

Any ideas for exercise? It is winter and I am never in the mood to train, am always to cold, and always finds an excuse to be in bed by 20:30.

Swimming is a good form of exercise as is walking.

Walking is very good while you are pregnant.

I find the best way to keep exercising, is to join a class. Our gym has a lovely heated pool, so I do the water aerobic classes 2 to 4 times a week - it's lovely! (One of the instructors told me that baby actualy enjoys it as much as mummy.)

Yoga and Pilates are also good - if you have an experienced and qualified instructor.
