one kidney

Hi I would like to know why I am always feeling tired. Is it linked to me having one kidney? I recently went for a full blood count and all my results came back claer at first I thought my iron level maybe low but it came back as normal by blood pressure is a little low but thte doctor said it was of no concern. My cousin who is a doctor checked ny pulse and she said it was very low. Can someone help me please.
