Oefeninge om rugspiere te versterk. Rugoperasie gehad. HLA-B27 positief. Artritis

Hi,
Ek is 38 jaar oud, `n vrou en weeg 60kg.
Ek het 10 jaar terug `n rugoperasie gehad. (laminektomie) Lae rugwerwels. Health Walker, fietsry, bietjie been en arm oefeninge. Die rugspiere hier by my skouerblaaie moet sterk gemaak word. Ek moet my spiere in my rug versterk want hulle moet my regop hou.
Dankie
Pauli

Hi Pauli

I'm going to have to recommend that you see a Biokineticist and that you get a specialised and individualised programme, since one has to be EXTREMELY careful with the back and spinal region.
Give our Peak Biokineticists a call on 021 659 5647 and you could either see them or be referred to someone in your area.

Good luck!
