But one of the first things you can do about this is not to have any of these bad snacks at hand, at home or in your desk. If you dont have all those bars of chocolate, you cant eat them. Rather keep more dissppointing but healthy snacks like a carton of salad, for those times. IF that's all you have to eat, that's all you will eat.
