nutrition in pregnancy

After having a miscarriage in January 2008 and then an ectopic pregancy in July 2008 and losing a tube, I am now 4 weeks pregnant and paranoid about doing anything that could risk this pregnancy.

I' ve done some reading regarding nutrition in pregnancy, and have now become worried about my eating habits.

Please confirm the following:
Safety of eating biltong / droewors?
Is it ok to eat tinned tuna / hake?
Can I eat cream cheese?
How risky is eating abalone / other seafood?

Also, how safe is it to have sex in early pregnancy?

I eagerly await your response to stop my insanity!

Raw foods should notmbe eaten in pregnancy. This technically includes biltong.
Tinned tuna can be eaten in moderation only, as it has a high mercury content.
Cream cheese is fine.
If you are not allergic to seafood, it is safe. Again, watch the mercury content.
