Dear Sonia

Good advice given by Carol and WR. Just feed her as much as she wants. Some dogs are so concerned about the puppies that they forget to eat. You can try and make the food more palatable by adding a bit of cooked chicken if your dogs appetite seems a bit low.

Jip, and a good meaty broth also works wonders! make sure she drink enough water, liquid = milk.

Hi there,

Yes, a good puppy food BUT make sure that it is specifically for puppis &  pregnant or lactating bitches.
For eg Vet' s Choice Large Breed Puppy (orange bag) is not suitable whereas Vet' s Choice Puppy (Blue bag) is. Better ask your Vet, just to be safe!
Don' t bath her now. She does not need it - even if it is a tad bloody, just leave her be. You can wash her once the pups have gone.

Good luck!

A good quality puppy food will be fine ...and you dont have to worry about bathing her , she will keep herself nice and clean .. just provide clean bedding and change daily.
