numb hand

Hi,
Following xrays which show that vertb. C5 to C7 have narrowed and this is probably the cause of the unpleasant numbness.

Is there anything I can do, at home, to relieve the numbness, since I cannot afford the lengthy treatment prescribed?

Thank you.

Hi Cilla
The best thing your can do is to try and get your flexibilty back. You will need to work on opening up your chest, and can do this with both stretches and massage to the area. Usually this puts the body out of balance and makes what you saw on the X-ray worse.
Good luck
Douglas
