No weight Loss after 2 months of hard training

I need some help please
I have been training hard for the last 2 months but i do not see any fat loss.

Im 1.89 Tall and 108 Kg at this stage
I started out on 114 Kg

Its as if im stuck on 108 Kg.

I go to Gym 4 days a week.
Every Second day i do cardio 15Min Running 15 Min Cycling 10Min Step 10 Min Row.
Other Days i do Upper and Lower Body.

I changed my eating happits to small portions, lots of water and no junk food.

Am i missing something ? Please help
