Hallo Zelda
Your doctors have all the information and proper history of your pregnancy and will make decisions that is best for you and your baby. No reason why your baby will be blind. Too little water can just cause too little space for baby to move in and inhibit his physical development, but if they monitor you frequently, they will tell you when the water is too little and a ceasarean will be a safer option. Best would be to speak to your doctor, but remember that they see the whole picture and have you and your baby's best interest at heart.
