no medical aid

if a person don't have no medicalaid can they pay there doctors bill in a payments plan.

I am 18 and don't believe in credit cards but thanks for the answer, at least one is answered.

I think that might depend on the Doctor themself, I suggest you speak directly to the doctor and find out. Otherwise, if they accept credit card, try paying that way, at least then it would be a monthly installment on the card.
