No labour pains

I am preggy and want to know should one do if she is nine months preg or more but no labour pains? as in most gov hospitals they tell u 2 go back home and wait for labour pains. with my last preg I ended up loosing my baby and don't want the samething to happen this time.

Labour starts anytime between 37 and 41 weeks normally, so there is a range if what is normal. Depending on the reason for you losing the previous baby, your doctor may decide to induce you slightly before 40 weeks.
