NO ENERGY

I GET ABOUT AN AVERAGE OF FOUR HOURS SLEEP A NIGHT AND I AM EXTREMELY TIRED ALL THE TIME. HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS STUFF FOR ENERGY. WHAT IS THE BEST THING TO USE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN EFFECT?

the best thing to use is more sleep - you are really pushing your body too much - you need at least 8 hours sleep to make the hormones your body needs to function. Try and change your lifestyle as you won't be able to keep this up. Taking energy stimulants will just cause further burnout.
