nipples are sore

is it normal to have sore nipples after a month on HRT?

That is a good sign that "things" are happening ;)

Yes it is normal and will come and go as breast development continues during the process. At times it will go away for weeks on end and suddenly reappear.

Make sure you are well monitored during the process and have your doctor do regular tests to ensure correct dossage is being used.
