niks

ek is nie depressed nie en eks nie desperaat nie.
ek is iets tussen gatvol en geduldig.
tussen ontplof en stilbly.
ek is nie moeg nie maar ek het f*k*l inspirasie.
hoe harder ek probeer hoe minder kry ek iets reg.
vir elke goeie besluit wat ek neem, kry ek 'n splinternuwe manier om nie daarby te hou nie.
ek voel soos niks en niemand.
ek het geen karakter.

This could indeed be depression, and respond well to treatment for that --- but best first step is to see a shrink for a proper assessment, so treatment advice can be based on that. Onthou, bioritmes speel ook 'n rol. Jy mag dalk nie daarin glo nie, maar gee jouself kans - Oor 'n paar dae voel jy wel beter. Onthou dis "human" om "down" to voel - Jy mag maar!
Moenie jouself daaroor uitmergel nie. Daar is net EEN jy soos JY. "Hang in there . . .!"

thanks shaun and snooks. good advice. i just get sooooo frustrated with myself. i rebel against my own decisions. believe me i have spent much effort in trying to overcome this. it's easier to do something for somebody else than for myself. but heck. i'll keep on trying!!!!!!!!

Hey Zero,

You may not think so but it does sound like you are depressed. Also sounds like you maybe allowing negative thoughts to stop you from what you would like to do. Know what the first step to change is? Action!!! If you want something to happen then you should take action on it.
You are not nobody or else you wouldn't be having all these feelings... see, you are somebody because you can feel & you have emotions.

Just hang on a bit longer & I'm sure CS will answer you accordingly.

Al wat ek vir jou kan sê:

Dit wat jy droom en visualiseer is 'n belofte van wat jy eendag sal bereik/word! En as jy die hele tyd gaan dink maar jy het geen karakter, jy is gatvol, jy voel soos niks en niemand nie dan sal dit so wees! Het jy al gehoor van woorde dra krag. Die oomblik wat jy jou negatiewe houding gaan verander in 'n positiewe houding gaan alles positief vir jou wees en jy gaan tog lig sien aan die einde van die tonnel!

Soos ek vroeër gesê het....positive thoughts bring positive actions! Op die stadium wat jy so down voel, moet jy juis met mense meng wat 'n positiewe uitkyk op die lewe het, vermy negatiewe dinge! En tel jou kop omhoog en wys die wêreld wat in jou steek begin sommer vandag en pak die lewe met nuwe ywer aan!

En ja die lewe is 'n lied! En dit hang alles af hoe JY dit hanteer en benader! En onthou jou smile kan vir iemand die wêreld beteken!!
