Difficult question to answer without knowing more about you. Neutropenia may be transient due to infections (eg viral), and it may be due to medication. You really need to examine the patient fully and take a complete history. However, as certain other more dreaded disease may cause a neutropenia, I suggest you go for a full medical examination. In short, you need to find a reason for the low white blood cell count.
