I am on my feet 12 hrs a day and dont eat properly.

I need a practical way of losing weight

I'm a working mother of 2 boys of which I delivered my second one 6 months ago. I now weigh about 70kg after weighing 55kg befor the second baby and need to loose just 15kg please. Please assist me with a not so expensive diet plan that I can follow daily?
