Need advice on a play medical play i'm writing

I am busy writing a play and it concerns a patient who has a heart condition and is awaiting a triple bypass surgery. In the scene the patient has an attack while in hospital. I don't know all the medical terms used and i would like the scene to be as accurate as possible. Any chance i could get some help?

Dear Fatima,

Try logging on to the Mayo Clinic website. They have a service aimed at patient information, so you will probably find the kind of information you need there, explained in ordinary English.

Good luck with the play.

HeartDoc.
