For about 2 weeks something inside my neck starts shaking as I am falling asleep at night - nothing during the day. It is very frustrating. Any idea what it could be? No pain at all.

Yes, I would say it is just the sensation of shaking and always only as I am falling asleep. Thanks for feedback.
