Nausea/ Bowel Movement

Hi,

I often feel nauseous and have terrible lower back pain when i want to go to the loo. After i do, the nausea and back pain, stops!
Why is this?

This needs further examination - this can be due to inflammation or tumour of the bowel, or a adrenal dysfunction. It could also be due to gynecological problems. Please make an appointment with your GP for examination and possible referral to a specialist gastro enterologist.
