Nausea

is it possible to have nausea when on menstruation? If yes what could the possible cause be and how one could stop and or manage it?

Menstruation does not normally cause nausea, but pregnancy, infections, food poisoning, anxiety or stress and fatigue are common causes.
You can use valoid for this if you are not pregnant.
