Natural Yoghurt & Thrush

I've heard that natural yoghurt helps relieve thrush - if applied directly. Is this an old wive's tale is does it really work?

It does work but has to be inserted vaginally and you need the type with live cultures.

It does give relief. If the thrush is particularly bad or persistant though, you may need antibiotics to get rid of it.
