Hi,

In your opinion, what are the best supplements to use for :

1) LEAN MUSCLE MASS

2) RECOVERY (Post Workout)

3) STRENGTH (Pre Workout)

You have to get your eating right before you even consider adding supplements for additional benefit.

The best recovery product in my opinion is EAS’s Muscle Armor – it contains branched chain amino acids and argenine for muscle recovery & growth.
