You are simply sitting their feeling sorry for youself, and acting in ways that mahnify how bad you feel. Get up, get dressed amnd get busy with something wholesome - go to a charity and volunteer, and get busy helping other people who haveproblems and deserve help. Get worrying about them and how to help them, rather than focussing so exclusively on your self.
