MUSCLE TO FAT and vise versa

It is true, isn't it, that muscle never turns to fat......fat merely developes around the muscle. Fat also does not turn to muscle. Have I been told right?

Yes it is true. Muscle cannot turn to fat but if left untrained can become flabby to resemble fat-it does have a wonderful memory though and will quickly return to former glory after a few months of proper training.

Also, when physically active people stop training but continue eating as before you will obviously find that they start putting on fat.

Keep well,

That is 100% correct. Its impossible for muscle to become fat and vice versa. What does happen is that your muscle's will become saggy if they are not trained. But should this happen it will very quickly return to shape when u start training again.
